*Our efforts for the educational aspect of the Treviso-Sarasota twinning have taken a leap with the help of Miriam Gephardt, AnnaMaria Tosolini and their contacts. Mirco has had various meetings already and has made progress to lay some solid foundation for projects to come in this new year. Thank you Miriam and Annamaria!
*The Sarasota Chamber of Commerce has finally provided us with their list of business individuals and representatives that will be present at the meeting on February 20th.
*Though we have not yet been told the exact arrival times for the delegation they have informed us that they will probably be arriving in the late evening. Keeping this in mind we will now see to arranging volunteer driver for that time.
*New posters/flyer will be made shortly with some information about the individual events on the itinerary that are open to the public. It is agreed that they will have the most impact and thusly be most effective if sent out within a few days of each event
*The book singing of Dr. Polizzi will no longer be held at the Herald Tribune. We are now looking into an alternative perhaps the City Hall.
*We ask everyone to take some posters with them and place them at places that you frequent such as restaurants, boutiques, the gym, the movies, your own business etc. to promote knowledge and curiosity for the upcoming event. For posters, please contact Tony Fiocco or Lisa Brecher. Thank you.
*We are asking people to look closely at the latest delegation itinerary and inform Mirco, Magdalena, Angel or Tony of the exact times and events you will be able to assist in for transportation, translation or photography. We have lists of people willing just not when they are available. All volunteers prompt attention to this matter is much appreciated since time is growing short and we need to know who is doing what at what time, for your benefit and ours so that we may prepare. Thank you all once again for all your help!

Follow-Up Next Meeting:
o Streamline the itinerary and iron out its details and fill in blanks.
o Head of the organizational teams to get together to review the update and clear misunderstanding, since communication is escalating and not everyone is at all meetings.

Long-Term Projects:

o Sister Cities Convention at Robarts Arena – Multiple booths for each of the countries to show: Food, Clothing, Jewelry etc.
o Local Treviso Clothing and Jewelry Fashion Show in Sarasota
o Set up a tour of Treviso for tourists and one for Business trips. Local places to stay eat, shop etc.
